The three main interests of my life are the mind, the body, and anime. So MindBodyAnime (MBA) talks about mastering your own psychology so you can be a better person and live a more happy and fulfilling life.

We discuss things we can do for our health and wellness. This is not a fitness guru publication; I just share things that I do, like training jiu-jitsu or walking 8,000+ steps a day.
