Hello! I’m Dom, and in 2024, I took the exciting (and slightly terrifying) leap into writing full-time about psychology. Discovering Substack has been a fantastic surprise. It feels like the perfect place to make this journey happen, surrounded by an inspiring community of curious minds.
I’m a psychologist with a deep passion for mental wellbeing and human behavior. I hold a BSc (Honours) in Psychology & Counselling, accredited by the British Psychological Society (BPS), and an MSc in the Psychology and Neuroscience of Mental Health from the Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology & Neuroscience (IoPPN) at King’s College London.
