Via Rosa is a tour company that plans week-long food tours in Italy. It was founded by Elizabeth Minchilli, along with her daughters Sophie and Emma. And if this all sounds familiar, that’s because you’re most likely already subscribed to Elizabeth’s best-selling newsletter from Italy.
We decided to launch a dedicated Via Rosa newsletter after realizing that we’d been quietly sharing some of our most useful (and most fun) Italy content on our website — and not nearly enough people knew it was there.
