What is Embodied Creativity?
Good question.
For many years I intellectualised my creativity. I’ve studied way too long under an academic umbrella (in the creative arts by the way) and although I have taken away many great experiences, ‘thinking’ about my creative practice was missing the point.
I’m a heady person already. Something to do with all three signs in air or something like that!
