About Emma Winchell
Salutations,
My name is Emma Winchell, and I warmly thank you for approaching my newsletter.
The Embodied Intellect was born out of a desire to keep my mind and imagination sharp as I perpetually contemplate matters of theology, psychology, culture, beauty, ecology, and the like. As one who believes in a God of both distinction and integration, much of my writing aims to honor both the specialty and harmony of these studies.
As I am near completing my undergraduate in Pre-Counseling at the Moody Bible Institute, I have developed an advocating voice for the inextricably bound theme of embodiment in the narrative of redemption. I firmly assert that all intellectual and spiritual endeavors should be wrought within the intricacy of the human body and divinely crafted earth.
The Embodied Intellect aims to breathe air into the lungs of my academic and creative endeavors, welcoming contemplations of many sorts which always resound in a meaningful exhale to the surrounding self and world.
