What I write/think about
Cultural humility means that I live in Portugal, so I will learn to speak the language and respect the customs of this welcoming country. I will not be that person who speaks my language loudly or expects Portuguese people to talk to me in English.
Deep gratitude for the opportunity I’ve been given to take this adventure and the understanding that I have been blessed with resources that others may not have. Use gratitude as a pathway to understanding others.
