About Siyu Cao
Hello and thank you for joining Through Tiny Eyes. I’m Siyu, a comic artist and writer. My journey began in Beijing and carried me through the USA and the UK, before bringing me to Paris, where I live today.
For the past nine years I’ve been drawing comics under the name Tiny Eyes. In the beginning, they were short and lighthearted — single panel strips about cultural differences. Over time, almost without realizing it, I drifted toward longer formats, speaking in a more personal voice and telling my own story.
