About Lindsey Tramuta
The New Paris Dispatch is the home for Paris news and inspiration, exclusive recommendations, conversations with thoughtful and creative minds shaping the city, as well as event and book updates. It’s also, admittedly, a window into the world of its creator, Lindsey Tramuta—a Paris resident since 2006; a journalist and author for the last decade; and a cat-obsessed bibliophile.
About the Author
I’m Lindsey Tramuta, a journalist, author, and podcaster based in Paris since 2006. Since I began writing professionally more than ten years ago, I have been committed to documenting the people and ideas that are shaping not only Paris and the rest of France, but the world.
Whether it’s through highlighting the societal and cultural shifts that inspired a culinary movement in Paris or the technologies propelling sustainable business practices everywhere from San Francisco to Sweden, my goal is for readers to better understand the evolving world and learn about the people and ideas driving the change.
One way I do that is through journalism: I contribute reporting to global publications such as The New York Times, Vice, Fortune, Afar, Condé Nast Traveler, Eater, Vogue, Travel & Leisure, Bloomberg, and many others.
