When I started this newsletter in October 2024, my goal was to only serve founders. Just founders and builders who are building companies. But as I started doing that, giving my readers ideas and advice on how to build a successful company, I quickly realized two things:
First, I didn’t just attract founders, but a wide range of professionals
Second, I got bored and hated giving startup advice to my readers
The newsletter had reached thousands of subscribers, but it also put me in a tough situation.
