Welcome to the Drinking Gourd, where we nourish with wisdom from the more-than-human world and the guidance of the body in order to get free.
If you are ready to listen from a deeper place to live with authenticity and contribute to a more just world, you are in the right spot.
I created the Drinking Gourd for spiritually-oriented women of color (and allies) committed to divesting from white, capitalist, colonialist systems.
Rather than hustling to prove our value in inequitable institutions or seeking safety in power-hungry corporations, we recognize that wellness requires cultivating relationships of mutual care.
