My work has been featured in The New York Times, NPR, The Guardian, Literary Hub, Maria Shriver’s Sunday Paper, Oprah Daily, and more. I’ve enjoyed some wonderful conversations on podcasts like Apple News in Conversation, NPR’s LifeKit, 10% Happier with Dan Harris, BBC Woman’s Hour, Pulling the Thread with Elise Loehnen, and many others.

I’m also honored to have been featured by Anne Helen Peterson, Leslie Stephens, and Elise Loehnen.
