Progress Report is a newsletter that covers elections and policy, activism, and the stories that the national media ignores. It’s journalism driven by justice and the public interest, featuring the voices of both the people making decisions and those organizing on the ground to win progressive change.
The newsletter has raised over $7 million for candidates, activists, and causes since late 2017. Every week, we provide insights into state and national politics; interviews with activists, experts, lawmakers, and candidates; and opportunities to get involved in grassroots movements. The newsletter is written and edited by Jordan Zakarin, with regular contributions from other journalists.
