Who is the PCB behind PCB Central?
Peter Conti-Brown is the Class of 1965 Associate Professor of Financial Regulation at The Wharton School, where he is among the highest-rated professors and a recipient of a dozen teaching awards. A leading expert on banking, central banking, and financial regulation, he is the author of The Power and Independence of the Federal Reserve, Private Finance, Public Power: A History of Bank Supervision in America and dozens of academic articles on these subjects.
At Wharton, Professor Conti-Brown teaches topics in financial history, financial regulation, and business ethics and leadership. In ethics, he uses Socratic dialogues to instill in students intellectual rigor in solving complex problems requiring business judgment. He has lectured on business ethics to thousands of senior executives globally.
