Olá! We’re Carol and Paul. Originally from the USA, we packed our lives (and our hearts) in August 2021 and landed in Lisbon with 13 suitcases—and a dream of a slower life in Portugal. I’m Carol, a freelance writer rooted in marketing and communications, and at my side is my husband, Paul, a digital artist whose creativity brings Portugal’s landscapes and light into beautiful form.
