Who the heck are you, Cat Sims?
Hey - so nice to ‘meet’ you! I am Cat Sims, 42, mother to two girls/goblins (depending on the day), wife to a musician, addict in recovery, ADHDer, writer, journalist, podcaster and founder of Not So Smug Now – a platform dedicated to making women and parents laugh and feel ‘seen’. My podcast, You’re Never The Only One, became widely loved for airing out the icky feelings and experiences we're often too scared to talk about. This newsletter is a more instant way of sharing my thoughts and feelings about the daily stuff that seems to have a big effect on us.
