Once, when Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn were kind-of-friends and kind-of-feuding, Kevin informed Sami that he just wanted to say “three little words” to him.
“What,” Sami said sardonically, “I love you? ”
“Close,” said Kevin. “Ring the bell! ”
The bell rang and Kevin stunnered Sami and pinned him, and when Sami staggered to his feet to complain, Kevin added “But I do love you” (then stunnered him again).
So this Substack is named for the three little words closest to love in wrestling.
