I'm Milli - a travel obsessed recipe developer and food writer based between London and Spain (in other words, I can never fully unpack my suitcase).
The last 10 years have taken me from running my own cafe to leading the Test Kitchen at Ottolenghi, with a catering company somewhere in between. I've collected techniques, memories, and friends from everywhere I've been - and now I'm bringing all of that here. A scrapbook of all the best bits!
