What's it about?
When you see an organisation from the outside you are seeing the tip of a very big iceberg, the 10% that’s above the waterline. It’s only when you work in the organisation do you begin to see the 90% that’s beneath the surface. The politics, the conflict and the struggle for power and influence. You also see the creativity, kindness, friendships and, for the most part really great people working together.
