i think it’s brave began in 2020 as a place where I could share the things I’d been writing quietly, behind the scenes. My original about page read:
From a young age, I have written and never shared. This includes fictional stories, diary entries, secret Tumblr accounts, post-therapy downloads, and lots of unsent letters. The few times I did share though, were pretty magical. I got accepted into my high school literary magazine, admitted in a personal essay my extreme fear of failure, and most recently I had some wonderful DM conversations over the Isolation Journals.
