This blog is based on a simple premise - value, and how people and organisations agree on it, is one of the most misunderstood concepts in modern life. Many of the challenges and arguments in the world today can be boiled down to misalignments on value.
Value is not just about money or price, but rooted in experience and beliefs. Often, the things that governments or organisations try to measure fail to capture the true essence of value to their customers, users or taxpayers.
