About Marshall Allen
Named for investigative journalist and health care reformer Marshall Allen (1972–2024), our mission is to help Americans fight back against unfair medical costs and reduce the burden of medical debt.
Honoring Marshall’s Legacy
Marshall dedicated his career to exposing health care injustices and empowering people with practical strategies to push back. A tireless reformer, he combined idealism with pragmatism, advocating for fairness in a system that often preys on the vulnerable.
Continuing the Mission
After Marshall’s passing in May 2024, his colleagues and family launched the Marshall Allen Project, a Texas-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit, to carry forward his work.
