What is a Reluctant Capitalist?
A tension exists between, making money, caring about social justice, and navigating the imperfect system of capitalism we all find ourselves in.
It’s a bit like that quote about democracy, that it is the worst system of government, apart from all the other ones.
I’ve called my stack The Reluctant Capitalist to reflect this tension and to speak to it.
I don’t have easy answers to creating a new system, but I sure as hell know this one is terrible.
