About Andrew Gerard
Andrew Gerard is a Senior Metascience Fellow at IFP. His research focuses on federal science policy and the US research ecosystem.
Before joining IFP, Andrew was Deputy Director of the Research Division at the U. S. Agency for International Development (USAID), where he led internal science policy efforts and managed international science programming.
