Hi! I’m Ines and I own a pizza business in Los Angeles called Lupa Cotta. Why Pizza Tourist? I am not Italian, but I do love pizza. I grew up moving to a new place every three years and while I still don’t feel like I’m from anywhere, pizza was always a place that connected me to my peers. In fact, I first fell in love with pizza when I was an 8-year-old living in Japan.
