About Lev Grossman
Who are you?
I’m Lev Grossman. I wrote the Magicians trilogy (which was also a TV show). My latest book, The Bright Sword, was a New York Times Notable Book for 2024. I also wrote two novels for children, The Silver Arrow and The Golden Swift, and the screenplay for a movie called The Map of Tiny Perfect Things. For a long time (2001-2016) I covered books and technology for Time magazine, and I still occasionally review for the Atlantic.
