About the Leadership Garden
Engineering leadership, especially engineering management often gets a bad rap. Sadly, also often, this is well deserved.
One of my missions with Leadership Garden is to show that leadership can be people-first, humane, and a real enabler.
Another mission of mine is to actually shift engineering leadership in this direction. I figured that one way to get there is to give actionable guides and tips to leaders on how to achieve this.
