Founded by Alexander Beiner, Kainos tells stories that help people make sense of a time of upheaval and imagine new futures. An alternative media platform and studio, we create films, articles and experiences that blend cultural sensemaking with hope, imagination and impact. We explore popular culture, philosophy, psychology, alternative economics and spirituality in an ongoing inquiry in which Kainos members are active participants.
I’m the author of ‘The Bigger Picture: How psychedelics can help us make sense of the world’ (Hay House, 2023) and a co-Executive Director of Breaking Convention.
Founding Members are active participants in the platform, invited to live ‘Knowledge Sessions’ with guests from our films each month, as well as live Wisdom Sessions with a teacher or practitioner.
