About Justice Connection
Our Mission
American democracy is backsliding. The Justice Department—and by extension, the rule of law itself—is under attack.
Justice Connection is a network of thousands of DOJ alumni who are supporting our former colleagues and sounding the alarm. We were apolitical civil servants who worked under Democratic and Republican administrations alike. We served in an array of professional roles, including as prosecutors, civil rights attorneys, immigration judges, national security experts, and law enforcement agents. Many of us were fired, demoted, or pushed out by this administration – for simply putting our oath to the Constitution over political loyalty.
