I’m Jimmy, founder and the writer behind every piece published in Jimmy’s Journal.

I’ve been an investor for the last 12 years, and I spent 8 years working professionally as an equity analyst, covering multiple sectors across the economy - including tech, banks (and fintechs), capital goods, and (some) commodities.

I started as an intern and worked my way up to become Head of Research.

I created Jimmy’s Journal in a simple, unpretentious way - mostly as a place to document my own investment decisions, reflections and lessons along the way.
