About Edan Lepucki
Hey there.
I’m Edan Lepucki, novelist and nonfiction writer. My books are California, Woman No. 17, and Time’s Mouth, and I edited Mothers Before: Stories and Portraits of Our Mothers as We Never Saw Them and Best American Nonrequired Reading 2019.
My essays and short stories have been published in The Atlantic, Esquire, the Los Angeles Times, The Cut, McSweeney’s Quarterly Concern, the Kenyon Review, Romper, and the New York Times Magazine, among other publications. I teach creative writing at Caltech, and years ago I founded and ran (the since closed) Writing Workshops Los Angeles.
