Welcome to Helen Higgins. I’m a writer, teacher, artist, curator, stage-door keeper, and generally a bit undone.
I like to write about my own experiences in life and what that means to me, coupling it with the literary, the philosophical, and the generally romanticised… in a dark way. I also write about what I’ve learned through writing my novel, Play on Repeat, and post notes about what it is to be a mid-30s woman in contemporary society. Some of it, you may love.
