Since 2009, Friarbasketball. com has sought ways to deliver coverage in informative, fair, and creative ways. In the summer of 2021, we made the decision to transition to a weekly newsletter. This was an intentional pivot to move away from “instant analysis” and provide fans of Providence and Big East basketball with in-depth features, videos, and podcasts on all aspects of Friar basketball, recruiting, and the college hoops’ national landscape.
I remember growing up and being so excited to get my Sports Illustrated every week, and our attempt is to replicate that feeling for Friar fans. We believe our weekly content releases will give PC supporters something to be excited about every week.
