I am a Grammy award winning musician, Francesco Turrisi, with a great passion for food.
For years I have been reflecting, researching and writing about what music and food have in common, especially when they become expression of oral culture and self identification for communities.
Tired of classic social medias and their erratic algorithms, I have decided to move all my operations to a dedicated space. I am hoping to create a community that is interested in all the things that I love: stories, history, music, records, recipes, playlists and more…
