I am a frontlist buyer for an established independent bookstore in Louisville, Kentucky. This means I make decisions about what new books will come into the store, including whether we carry a book at all to how many we will carry. I read a lot and I am insatiably curious about the book industry.
This newsletter is for my book reviews, bookstore musings, and general bookish analysis.
As a general rule, I don’t review or accept unsolicited manuscripts or ARCs. Because of my job I have access to most ARCs available, and I don’t have the capacity to take on additional work.
