Founded in 2015, FemInEM is an educational and professional development organization for Women in Emergency Medicine. For nearly a decade, we’ve been bringing together emergency physicians, healthcare professionals, advocates, and allies who are passionate about gender equity in medicine. We’re here to amplify voices, share ideas, and build real community.
Our Mission
We wanted to create a central space where we can post articles, videos and have real-time conversations—beyond conferences and podcasts—with content sent right into your inbox. Think of this as an additional hub for our stories, news, and resources that will help us do our work in the ED and at home.
