My weekly writings and yoga classes explore balance and unwind the notion that balance is perfection, an end goal, or ideal to strive for… (spoiler: it’s not). Balance is an accessible practice for all of us, an ever-evolving adjustment toward our own center. It only asks that we slow down, breathe deeply, and pay attention.
