I am a practicing obgyn who has trained in Ayurveda and herbalism, and sees the value in functional medicine as well as Eastern Medicine as yes and rather than either or. (Not a supporter of MAHA rhetoric). I am a wise woman who weaves together real science and human living to discuss ideas around how we all live healthier, happier and more contented lives. I am a fierce advocate for helping people figure out who they are and how to speak up for themselves.
