About Elisabet Juan Roca
Hi there!
If you don’t know me I’m Eli (short for Elisabet). I am a food writer and photographer from Barcelona, Spain that now resides in Boston, USA.
Since finishing uni I’ve travelled all around the world to research different gastronomies and their ingredients. I have lived in Italy, China, Thailand (where I met my husband Ross), Hungary and in 2023 I moved to the U. S.
