Deep (Learning) Focus is a newsletter that focuses on AI research. Each edition, I pick a single topic and cover a variety of papers in this area. Despite covering cutting-edge topics in AI research, I aim to make the publication accessible even for beginners by combining these topics with discussions of relevant background information. Deep (Learning) Focus is my way to introduce readers to new topics and indirectly inspire new ideas, inventions, and directions for research.
Many publications in the area of AI can be difficult to decipher due to the implicit assumption that the reader possesses a certain amount of domain knowledge. Although I aim to write a newsletter that is a useful read even for experts, Deep (Learning) Focus is a source of accessible scientific content that can help any reader gain a better understanding of trends in AI research.
