For many years, he worked at Kyiv news outlets, reported from Russia, Europe, London, and Washington, and also served as an officer in Ukraine’s Armed Forces during the first Russian incursion in 2014-2015. He has made numerous comments for the global press on the Russo-Ukrainian war between 2015-2025.
