I’ve spent my career as a prosecutor and in the halls of government — as the former State Attorney for Palm Beach County and a Florida State Senator. Today, I continue to practice law and serve as a guest legal analyst on MSNBC, CNN, NewsNation, and other cable and streaming networks.
I started this because the 24-hour news cycle doesn’t always allow for the deep-dive analysis that complex legal battles require. Whether I’m on set or in a courtroom, I pride myself on being direct, honest, and occasionally irreverent, even when the truth doesn’t align with popular confirmation bias.
