Colu Cooks is a companion to my second cookbook, Colu Cooks: Easy Fancy Food and video series. I’ve worked in food for over 15 years and have learned what resonates with home cooks by creating elegant and approachable recipes without overthinking it.

Colu Cooks was named one of the best books of the year by NPR and The National Post. My first book, Back Pocket Pasta, was published in spring 2017 and was also named one of NPR's best books of the year.
