Who we are
Clinician Creative is a healthcare innovation studio based out of Greater Philadelphia. We advise, consult for, invest in, and create de novo companies and solutions tackling the problems of care delivery and care system design in healthcare.
We are founded and led by Michael R. O’Brien, MD. Dr. O’Brien is a practicing general internist and pediatrician (med-peds), was a Yale Clinical Scholar focused on primary care innovation, a former Senior Medical Director of Clinical Innovation at Clover Health, a former medical officer at Caremore-Aspire (now Carelon/Elevance), and one of the first physicians to both found and shut down a direct primary care (DPC) practice in the United States.
