I’ve been a full-time, working cartoonist since the age of twenty-three in the mid-seventies and I’ve created tens of thousands of cartoons over the years working for magazines, newspapers, greeting cards and more. Here I’ll go deep into my home archives of cartoon art, spanning decades of being chained to a drawing board, to bring a smile to your day. And along the way tell a story or two about my career journeys through what may well be the last Golden Age of cartooning.
I’m also a tournament champion muskie fisherman and you’ll see photos and videos of my best days on the water chasing fresh water’s top predatory fish, and get fish tips from an old fisherman.
Orchids have been a hobby of mine since 1976 and I grow and photograph them still.
