I've spent over 20 years building and leading high-performing engineering and product teams across regulated industries— healthcare, fintech, gambling, and aviation. Most recently, I served as VP of Engineering & Product at Rivalry, a regulated player in the gambling industry. Before that, I was SVP of Engineering at Rangle, delivering products for global clients - big pharma, big retail and startups.
My background blends technical depth, business strategy, and entrepreneurship. I've founded three companies with successful exits, scaled orgs to 500+ talent count, and led the launch of software & hardware products.
