When I first started Braves Today three years ago, I first partnered with Sports Illustrated for the 2023 season and then Athlon Sports for the 2024 season. My goal was to give fans of the Atlanta Braves a source for free news, notes, and analysis of the team without all the fluff and clickbait.

Turns out, excluding clickbait and going with quality over quantity is kinda incompatible with the main revenue model of both Sports Illustrated and Athlon Sports.
