For a while, I stopped writing publicly because the noise-to-signal ratio in this space made it hard to say anything useful. That’s changed. The questions have gotten more interesting, the people asking them have gotten more sophisticated, and the gap between what’s actually happening in institutional adoption and what gets discussed online has widened to the point where it feels worth bridging.
