I’m SO honoured and excited you’re here at the Beloved Substack. I thought I’d share a bit more about myself (and Be Your Own Beloved) in case you’re new here.
Be Your Own Beloved is the work I put out in the world. I help you make peace (or in other words Neutrality) in your relationship to how you see yourself in photos. I know it’s not easy work but most people are probably spending FAR more of their emotional energy worrying about if there are going to be photos taken at that next event and what how we might react to them.
I help you dismantle what we have been taught about how we ‘should’ be seen in photos as well as why we react to them.
