I’ve been writing about leadership, organizations, workplace culture, and the future of work for 20 years. I started blogging back in 2005, when there was community, and comments, and dialogue. Fingers crossed we can recreate that here. I’m writing this newsletter so we can explore together how to manage culture, change, and conflict in the workplace in this odd space between what was and what’s next. The ground is shifting beneath our feet, and we need to figure out new ways to do the work of culture, change, and conflict.
Of course, the less inspirational version of what I’m writing about is “making work suck less” (seriously, I almost called it Unsuck Your Work).
