About Beth Mathews
My name is Beth Mathews, and I’m an Art Director and Graphic Designer based in sunny Los Angeles, California.
Over the years, I’ve had the great privilege of working with people like Wes Anderson and The Criterion Collection, as well as with beautiful brands such as La Marzocco, Penguin Random House, and Califia Farms. Throughout my career, creating personal graphic design work has always held deep importance to me. I’m a firm believer that expressing ourselves through personal projects not only leads to work we can be proud of but also guides us toward the kind of work we actually want to do!
My hope is to encourage designers at every level to stay curious about what inspires you and to recognize that the skills we have are powerful storytelling tools. In a career that can sometimes lead to burnout, I want to remind you that there is still joy to be found in design!
